Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Motivasi Kerja Karyawan Koperasi Unit Desa Beringin Jaya I. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriftif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan KUD Makmur Jaya yang ada di Desa Beringin Jaya dengan jumlah sampel 51 orang. Dari outpus SPSS 20.0 diperoleh nilai faktor intrinsik dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 3,723 dimana nilai persentasinya sebesar 51 %. Terdiri dari Prestasi (Achievement) dengan persentasi sebesar 11%, Pengakuan (Recognition) dengan persentasi sebesar11%, Pekerjaan Itu Sendiri (The work it self) dengan persentasi sebesar 8 %, Tanggung Jawab (Responsibility) dengan persentasi sebesar11%, Pengembangan Potensi Individu (Advancement) dengan persentasi sebesar10%. Selanjutnya Faktor Ekstrinsik terdiri dari: Gaji atau Upah (wages salaries) dengan persentasi sebesar 10%, Kondisi kerja (working condition) dengan persentasi sebesar 11%, Kebijaksanaan dan Administrasi Perusahaan (Company policy and administration) dengan persentasi sebesar 11%, Hubungan antar Pribadi (Interpersonal Relation) dengan persentasi sebesar 9%, dan Kualitas Supervisi dengan persentasi sebesar 8%. This study aims to describe the of Factors Influencing Work Motivation of Cooperative Unit Beringin Jaya I Village Employees. The research method used is a method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The samples in this study were KUD Makmur Jaya employees in Beringin Jaya Village with a total sample of 51 people. Sampling using total sampling technique. From the SPSS 20.0 output, the intrinsic factor value is obtained with a contribution value of 3.723 where the percentage value is 51%. Consists of Achievement with a percentage of 11%, Recognition with a percentage of 11%, The work itself (The work it self) with a percentage of 8%, Responsibility (Responsibility) with a percentage of 11%, Development of Individual Potential ( Advancement) with a percentage of 10%. Furthermore, Extrinsic Factors consist of: Salary or Wages (wages salaries) with a percentage of 10%, Working conditions (working conditions) with a percentage of 11%, Company policy and administration (Company policy and administration) with a percentage of 11%, Interpersonal Relations (Interpersonal Relations) with a percentage of 9%, and Quality of Supervision with a percentage of 8%.
