Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan konflik kerja pada karyawan generasi baby boomers dan karyawan generasi millenial di PT. Pelindo Persero Regoinal 1 Cabang Belawan. Konflik kerja adalah ketidaksesuaian antara dua orang atau lebih di dalam perusahaan karena adanya perbedaan pendapat, nilai-nilai, tujuan, serta kompetisi untuk memperebutkan posisi dan kekuasaan menurut sudut pandang masing-masing untu mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Pelindo Persero Regoinal 1 Cabang Belawan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Pelindo Persero Regoinal 1 Cabang Belawan yang berjumlah 60 karyawan, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 60 karyawan yaitu 28 Generasi Baby Boomers dan sisanya 32 Gnerasi Millenial, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Skala Konflik Kerja dengan model skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis uji anova, Reliabilitas menggunakan teknik koefisien alpha cronbach. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh nilai koefisien perbedaan uji anova koefisien perbedaan konflik kerja sebesar 329,874 dengan signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (p < 0,05). Dengan demikian, hipotesis diterima. Konflik kerja tergolong tinggi (mean empirik = 77,25 > mean hipotetik = 87,5 dimana selisih nya kurang dari bilang SD = 15,891). This study aims to determine differences in work conflict between baby boomers and millennial generation employees at PT. Pelindo Persero Regional 1 Belawan Branch. Work conflict is a discrepancy between two or more people in a company due to differences in opinions, values, goals, and competition for position and power according to each other's point of view to achieve organizational goals. This research was conducted at PT. Pelindo Persero Regional 1 Belawan Branch. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Pelindo Persero Regional 1 Belawan Branch, totaling 60 employees, and the sample in this study is the entire population totaling 60 employees, namely 28 Generations of Baby Boomers and the remaining 32 Generations of Millennials. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique. The data collection method in this study uses the Work Conflict Scale with a Likert scale model. The data analysis technique uses the ANOVA test analysis technique, the reliability uses the Cronbach alpha coefficient technique. Based on the results of the data analysis carried out, the coefficient value of the difference in the ANOVA test for the coefficient of difference in work conflict was 329.874 with a significance of 0.000, less than 0.05 (p <0.05). Thus, the hypothesis is accepted. Work conflict is classified as high (empirical mean = 77.25 > hypothetical mean = 87.5 where the difference is less than SD = 15,891).
