dc.description.abstractSecara empirik, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan teacher support dan self efficacy dengan student engagement pada siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 400 siswa dan yang menjadi sampel sebanyak 186 siswa dimana pengambilan sampelnya dilakukan dengan menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu skala dan dokumentasi, analisis data dilakukan dengan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara teacher support dengan student engagement dengan nilai koefisien (rxy) = 0,481 dengan p = 0,002 < 0,050dengan sumbangan teacher support terhadap student engagement siswa sebesar 25,7%. (2) Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara self efficacy dan student engagement dengan nilai koefisien (rxy) = 0,512 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,050, sumbangan self efficacy terhadap student engagement siswa sebesar 29,1%. (3) Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan student engagement dengan nilai koefisien (rxy) = 0,582 dengan p = 0,002 < 0,050, dengan sumbangan teacher support dan self efficacy terhadap student engagement sebesar 32,7% Empirically, this study was aimed to see the correlation between teacher support, self efficacy and student engagement. Population in this research is all of the students amounting 400 students and the sample was 186 students where the sample was taken using proportionate stratified random sampling. Scale and documentation data collection techniques, data analysis is recorded with product moment correlation. The results showed that: (1) There was a significant positive correlation between teacher support and student engagement with a coefficient (rxy) = 0,481 with p = 0.002<0.050 withthe contribution of teacher support to student engagement of students of 25,7%. (2) There was a significant positive correlation between self efficacy and student engagement with a coefficient value (rxy) = 0,512 with p = 0.000<0.050, the contribution of self efficacy to the student engagement of students is 29,1%. (3) There was teacher support and self efficacy have a positive and significant correlation with student engagement with a coefficient value (rxy) = 0,582 with p = 0.000 0.050, with the contribution of teacher support and self efficacy support to student engagement of 32,7%.en_US
