dc.description.abstract | Di Indonesia sering terjadi beban lalu lintas yang berlebihan (over loading) serta temperatur udara yang tinggi, sehingga perlu pertimbangan dalam melakukan perencanaan campuran aspal. Lapisan permukaan konstruksi pada perkerasan jalan adalah lapisan yang berperan penting dalam menerima beban kendaraan. Oleh sebab itu material yang digunakan dalam pembuatan lapisan ini haruslah material yang berkualitas. Pemakaian agregat yang tidak sesuai dengan per-syaratan inilah yang paling sering menjadi penyebab kerusakan pada perkerasan jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai stabilitas campuran aspal dengan menggunakan filler fly ash dan filler abu ban bekas sebagai bahan tambahan AC-WC. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan ialah Marshall Test dengan variasi kadar aspal 5%, 5,5%, 6%, 6,5%, 7% dan kadar filler 4% dan 6%. Dari hasil penelitian untuk campuran fly ash nilai stabilitas terbesar terjadi pada variasi kadar aspal 6,10%, bulk density 2,296 gr/cc, stability 1022 kg, flow 3,33 mm, air voids 4,67 %, P.R.D 2,61 %, void filleds 72,43 %, VMA 16,94 %, M,Q 316 kg/mm. Sedangkan dari hasil penelitian untuk campuran abu ban bekas nilai stabilitas terbesar terjadi pada variasi kadar aspal 6,20%, bulk density 2,298 gr/cc, stability 1051 kg, flow 3,35 mm, air voids 4,67 %, P.R.D 2,61%, void filleds 72,45 %, VMA 16,94%, M,Q 320 kg/mm. Berdasarkan data hasil pengujian di atas maka disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan filler abu ban bekas lebih efektif digunakan karena memanfaatkan limbah abu ban bekas untuk merencanakan perkerasan jalan raya. In Indonesia, there are often excessive traffic loads (over loading) and high air temperatures, so it is necessary to consider in planning asphalt mixtures. The construction surface layer on the road pavement is a layer that plays an important role in receiving vehicle loads. Therefore, the material used in the manufacture of this layer must be of high quality. The use of aggregates that do not comply with these requirements is the most common cause of damage to road pavements. This study aims to determine the stability value of asphalt mixture using fly ash filler and used tire ash filler as an additional material for AC-WC. In this study, the method used was Marshall Test with variations in asphalt content of 5%, 5.5%, 6%, 6.5%, 7% and filler content of 4% and 6%. From the results of the study for fly ash mixtures, the greatest stability values occurred in variations in asphalt content of 6.10%, bulk density of 2.296 gr/cc, stability of 1022 kg, flow 3.33 mm, air voids 4.67%, P.R.D 2.61%, void filleds 72.43%, VMA 16.94%, M,Q 316 kg/mm. Meanwhile, from the research results for the mixture of used tire ash, the greatest stability value occurs in variations in asphalt content of 6.20%, bulk density of 2.298 gr/cc, stability of 1051 kg, flow 3.35 mm, air voids 4.67%, P.R.D 2.61 %, void filleds 72.45%, VMA 16.94%, M,Q 320 kg/mm.
