dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Disiplin Kerja Dengan Persepsi Promosi Jabatan Pada Karyawan PT. Duta Varia Pertiwi. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu terdapat hubungan positif antara disiplin kerja dengan persepsi promosi jabatan, dengan asumsi semakin tinggi disiplin kerja karyawan, maka akan semakin tinggi potensi untuk mendapatkan promosi jabatan. Begitu pula sebaliknya, jika semakin rendah disiplin kerja karyawan maka semakin rendah pula potensi untuk mendapatkan kesempatan promosi jabatan. Sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 40 orang karyawan tetap dengan posisi jabatan sebagai staff, pegawai kantor, mandor I tiap devisi, mandor panen tiap devisi, mandor rawat tiap devisi, KCS tiap devisi, mandor transport, serta kepala gudang di PT. Duta Varia Pertiwi. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu metode kuantitatif. Variabel disiplin kerja dalam penelitian ini diungkap melalui skala model Likert yang disusun oleh peneliti berdasarkan aspek disiplin kerja menurut Saad dan Sackett (dalam B. Anindyo, 2012), yakni diantaranya: pemahaman terhadap peraturan, ketaatan terhadap peraturan, dan ketepatan waktu dalam pelaksanaan dan penyelesaian pekerjaan. Persepsi promosi jabatan dalam penelitian ini diungkap dalam skala model Likert yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti berdasarkan aspek promosi jabatan pada PT. Duta Varia Pertiwi, yaitu diantaranya: lama waktu bekerja, tingkat kehadiran, attitude, kinerja dan kualifikasi pendidikan. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis data korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson, maka dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dengan nilai koefesien korelasi 𝑟𝑥𝑦 = 0,940 dengan signifikan p = 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan pada hasil analisis koefisien determinan diperoleh hasil yaitu sebesar 𝑟2 = 0,883. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja karyawan berdistribusi sebesar 88,3% terhadap variabel Persepsi Promosi Jabatan This study aims to determine the relationship between work discipline and perceptions of promotion at the leadership of PT. Duta Varia Pertiwi. The hypothesis put forward in this study is that there is a positive corelation between work discipline and perceptions of promotion, with the assumption that the higher the employee's work discipline, the higher the potential for promotion. And vice versa, if the lower the employee's work discipline, the lower the potential for promotion opportunities. The sample in this study totaled 40 permanent employees with positions as staff, office clerk, foreman I for each division, foreman for harvest for each division, foreman for maintenance for each division, KCS for each division, foreman of transport, and head of warehouse at PT. Ambassador of Varia Pertiwi. The method used by researchers is a quantitative method. The work discipline variable in this study was revealed through the Likert model scale compiled by researchers based on aspects of work discipline according to Saad and Sackett (in B. Anindyo, 2012), namely: understanding of regulations, adherence to regulations, and timeliness in implementation and completion work. Perceptions of promotion in this study were expressed in a Likert model scale which was compiled by the researchers themselves based on aspects of promotion at PT. Duta Varia Pertiwi, including: length of time worked, attendance rate, attitude, performance and educational qualifications. Data analysis uses Product Moment correlation. Based on the calculation results of Pearson's Product Moment correlation data analysis, it can be seen that there is a positive relationship with the value of the correlation coefficient 𝑟𝑥𝑦 = 0.940 with a significant p = 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, in the analysis of the determinant coefficient, the result is 𝑟2 = 0.883. So it can be concluded that employee work discipline has a distribution of 88.3% of the Perceived Promotion variableen_US
