Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara disiplin kerja dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Bernofarm Medan Divisi Marketing. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah hubungan positif antara disiplin kerja dengan produktivitas kerja. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 50 karyawan PT. Bernofarm Pharmaceutical Company Medan Divisi Marketing dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Metode yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala Produktivitas dan skala Disiplin Kerja dengan model skala Likert. Analisis data reabilitas disiplin kerja rumus Alpha Cronbach 0,811 dan analisis data reliabilitas produktivitas kerja dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach 0,806. Analisis data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik product moment. Berdasarkan analisis data, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Bernofarm Pharmaceutical Company. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan korelasi rxy=0,668 dengan p=0,000<0,05. Sedangkan koefisien determinan (r2) sebesar 0,446. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Selanjutnya diketahui kontribusi disiplin kerja dengan produktivitas kerja adalah sebesar 44,6% sedangkan 55,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. Diketahui disiplin kerja tergolong rendah dimana mean empirik 50,18 <mean hipotetik 55 dan selisihnya melebihi dari SD= 3,396. Dan produktivitas kerja tergolong rendah dimana mean empirik 68,20< mean hipotetik 72,5 dan selisihnya lebih dari SD= 2,157. Oleh karena itu, hipotesis dinyatakan diterima. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work discipline and work productivity in employees of PT Bernofarm Pharmaceutical Company Medan Marketing Division. The hypothesis proposed is a positive relationship between work discipline and work productivity. The subjects of this study amounted to 50 employees of PT. Bernofarm Pharmaceutical Company Medan Marketing Division using total sampling technique. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Retrieval of data using the Productivity scale and Work Discipline scale with a Likert scale model. Analysis of work discipline reliability data with the Cronbach Alpha formula of 0.811 and analysis of work productivity reliability data with the Cronbach Alpha formula of 0.806. The data analysis used in this study is a product moment technique. Based on data analysis, the results of this study show a significant positive relationship between work discipline and work productivity in PT employees. Bernofarm Pharmaceutical Company Medan Marketing Division. This is evidenced by the correlation of rxy=0.668 with p=0.000<0.05. While the determinant coefficient (r2) is 0.446. Thus the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Furthermore, it is known that the contribution of work discipline with work productivity is 44.6% while 55.4% is influenced by other factors. It is known that work discipline is relatively low where the empirical mean is 50.18 <hypothetical mean 55 and the difference exceeds that of SD= 3,396. And work productivity is relatively low where the empirical mean is 68.20< the hypothetical mean is 72.5 and the difference is more than SD= 2.157. Therefore, the hypothesis is declared accepted. |
