dc.description.abstract | Tingkat disiplin siswa yang rendah membuat masalah-masalah kepada siswa yang akan mempengaruhi hasil belajarnya dimana siswa-siswa tersebut memiliki nilai yang rendah, karena siswa tidak dapat memahami materi dengan baik dan tidak bisa berkonsentrasi dalam pelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi disiplin belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Brastagi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu faktor psikologis, faktor fisiologis, faktor non sosial an faktor sosial. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK Negeri 1 Brastagi yang berjumlah 400 orang. Berdasrkan metode slovin dengan tingkat kelonggaran ketidaktelitian sebesar 10 % ditentukan jumlah sampel sebanyak 81 orang yang berasal dari kelas X, XI dan XII. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan prosedur Random Sampling, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kontribusi faktor internal sub-faktor psikologis pengaruh terhadap disiplin belajar di SMK Negeri 1 Brastagi sebesar 0,962 atau 25,40 %, faktor internal sub-faktor fisiologis pengaruhnya terhadap sebesar 0,936 atau 24,72 %, dan faktor eksternal sub-faktor non-sosial terhadap disiplin belajar 0,955 atau 25,22 %, kontribusi faktor eksternal sub-faktor sosial pengaruhnya terhadap 0,934 atau 24,66 %. Kontribusi yang tertinggi terhadap disiplin belajar siswa SMK Negeri 1 Brastagi adalah faktor internal sub-faktor psikologis yaitu sebesar 0,962 atau 25,40 %, yang terendah yaitu kontribusi faktor eksternal sub-faktor sosial pengaruhnya terhadap 0,934 atau 24,66 % The low level of student discipline creates problems for students which will affect their learning outcomes where these students have low scores, because students cannot understand the material properly and cannot concentrate in lessons. The purpose of this study was to test empirically and analyze the factors that influence student learning discipline at SMK Negeri 1 Brastagi. This research is a quantitative research. The variables in this study are psychological factors, physiological factors, non-social factors and social factors. The population in this study were all students of Brastagi 1st Vocational School, totaling 400 people. Based on the slovin method with an allowance for inaccuracy of 10%, the number of samples was 81 people from class X, XI and XII. The sampling technique used in this study was by using the Random Sampling procedure, while the method used was Simple Random Sampling. The analytical method used in this study uses factor analysis methods. The results showed that the contribution of internal factors, psychological sub-factors, had an effect on learning discipline at SMK Negeri 1 Brastagi by 0.962 or 25.40 %, internal factors, physiological sub-factors, had an effect on discipline of 0.936 or 24.42 %, and external factors, non-social sub-factors, on discipline. learning 0.955 or 25.55 %, the contribution of external factors to social sub-factors influences 0.934 or 24.66 %. The highest contribution to the learning discipline of students at Brastagi 1 Public Vocational School was the internal factor, the psychological sub-factor, which was 0.962 or 25.40 %, the lowest was the contribution of the external factor, the social sub-factor, which had an effect on 0.934 or 24.66 %. | en_US |
