Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Iklim Kerja dengan Disiplin Kerja Karyawan PT. Jadi Jaya Nabati. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah adanya hubungan positif antara iklim kerja dengan disiplin kerja dengan asumsi, semakin tinggi iklim kerja maka akan semakin tinggi disiplin kerja. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah iklim kerja maka akan semakin rendah pula disiplin kerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 69 Karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Likert yang terdiri dari skala iklim kerja dan skala disiplin kerja. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara iklim kerja dengan disiplin kerja rxy = 0,425, P = 0,000 < 0,05), sehingga hipotesis dinyatakan diterima. Selanjutnya diketahui kontribusi iklim kerja dengan disiplin kerja sebesar 18 % sedangkan 82 % dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diungkap dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil nilai rata-rata empirik dan hipotetik maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Iklim Kerja yang diterima tergolong rendah karena nilai rata-rata hipotetik 50 dari nilai rata rata empirik 46,55 dan Disiplin Kerja yang diterima tergolong sedang karena nilai rata-rata hipotetik 85 dari nilai ratarata empirik 84,30. This study aims to determine the corelation between work climate and employee discipline at PT. Jaya Nabati. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive correlation between work climate and work discipline the higher the work discipline. Conversely, the lower the work climate, the lower the work discipline. The sample in this study amounted to 69 employees. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The method used is a quantitative method. Data collection used Likert scale consisting of a work climate scale and a work discipline scale. Data analysis uses Product Moment correlation. The data analysis results show a very significant positive correlation between work climate and work discipline (rxy = 0.425, P = 0.000 <0.05), so the hypothesis is declared accepted. Furthermore, it is known that the contribution of work climate with work discipline is 18% while 82% is influenced by other factors not disclosed in this study. Based on the results of the empirical and hypothetical average values, it can be concluded that the work climate received is classified as low because the average hypothetical value is 50 of the empirical average value of 46.55 and the work discipline received is classified as moderate because the average hypothetical value is 85 of the empirical average 84.30.
