dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan kepemimpinan Camat dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Sunggal. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kantor Camat Sunggal. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi Camat, Para Staff dan juga Masyarakat Desa Sunggal. Sumber data yakni meliputi sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi kegiatan observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Metode analisa data yang digunakan yakni metode deskritif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja daripada seorang Camat khususnya di Kecamatan Sunggal sangat penting terhadap hasil kinerja dari para staff dan bagian jajarannya yang ada di Kantor Camat Sunggal. Adapun beberapa hal yang dilakukan oleh Camat Sunggal untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai yang ada di Kantor Camat Sunggal, antara lain meliputi : Camat memberikan masukan kepada pegawai dengan cara memberikan ide/gagasan berupa solusi dalam penyelesaian permasalahan, memberikan keleluasaan berupa kebebasan dalam berinovasi dan memberi ruang berfikir terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi, Camat memberikan motivasi kepada pegawai dengan pemberian penghargaan berupa pujian atau honor tambahan kepada pegawai yang berprestasi dan juga aktif, Camat memberikan pembinaan terhadap pegawai, Camat dalam menanamkan rasa tanggungjawab kepada pegawai, Secara umum di simpulkan bahwa Camat dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui pemberian insiatif, motivasi, dan pembinaan kepada pegawai pada kantor Camat Sunggal. The This study aims to determine the role of the Camat's leadership in improving employee performance at the Sunggal Sub-District Office. The type of research in this study is to use the type of qualitative research. The location of the research was carried out at the Sunggal sub-district office. The research subjects in this study included the Camat, the Staff and also the Sunggal Village Community. Data sources include primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used is descriptive method. The results of the study indicate that the performance of a Camat, especially in Sunggal District, is very important to the performance results of the staff and members of his staff in the Sunggal District Office. There are several things that the Sunggal Camat does to improve the performance of employees at the Sunggal Camat Office, including: The Camat provides input to employees by providing ideas / ideas in the form of solutions in solving problems, providing flexibility in the form of freedom to innovate and giving space to think. to the problems faced, the Camat motivates employees by giving awards in the form of praise or additional honorariums to employees who excel and are also active, the Camat provides guidance to employees, the Camat instills a sense of responsibility to employees, In general it is concluded that the Camat can improve employee performance through providing initiative, motivation, and coaching to employees at the Sunggal subdistrict office. | en_US |
