Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Iklim Kerja dengan Disiplin Kerja Pada Karyawan PT. Duta Varia Pertiwi. Hipotesis yang diajukan hubungan positif antara iklim kerja dengan disiplin kerja Dengan asumsi, semakin tinggi iklim kerja maka akan semakin tinggi disiplin kerja. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah iklim kerja maka akan semakin rendah pula disiplin kerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 77 orang karyawan tetap di PT. Duta Varia Pertiwi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Skala Iklim Kerja disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek: Flexibility conformity, Resposibility, Standards, Reward, Clarity, dan Tema Commitmen. Disiplin kerja disusun berdasarkan ciri-ciri: Kehadiran, Waktu kerja, Kepatuhan terhadap perintah, Kepatuhan terhadap peraturan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi Product moment dari Pearson, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara Iklim kerja dengan disiplin kerja dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,849, dengan p= 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah r2= 0,721. Ini menunjukkan bahwa Iklim kerja berdistribusi sebesar 72,1%Dapat diketahui bahwa hasil iklim kerja memperoleh hasil rendah dan disiplin kerja juga memperoleh hasil rendah. This study aims to determine the corelation between work climate and work discipline at PT. Ambassador of Varia Pertiwi. The hypothesis put forward is a positive relationship between work climate and work discipline. Assuming, the higher the work climate, the higher the work discipline. Conversely, the lower the work climate, the lower the work discipline. The sample in this study amounted to 77 permanent employees at PT. Ambassador of Varia Pertiwi. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.The method used is a quantitative method. The Work Climate Scale is structured based on the following aspects: Flexibility conformity, Responsibility, Standards, Rewards, Clarity, and Commitment Themes. Work discipline is organized based on the following characteristics: Attendance, working time, obedience to orders, compliance with regulations. Data collection uses a Likert scale. Data analysis uses Product Moment correlation. Based on the calculation results of Pearson's Product moment correlation analysis, it can be seen that there is a positive relationship between work climate and work discipline with a correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.849, with p = 0.000 <0.05. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is r2= 0.721. This shows that the distribution of work climate is 72.1%. It can be seen that the results of the work climate have low results and work discipline also has low results.
