Kompensasi memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 64%. Mean empiric variabel kompensasi yang diperoleh yaitu 98.70 sedangkan mean empiric variabel komitmen organisasi sebesar 119.26 lalu untuk mean hipotetik variabel kompensasi sebesar 85 dan mean hipotetik variabel komitmen organisasi sebesar 105. This study uses two psychological scales, namely the compensation scale and organizational commitment using the Likert scale model. The results of this study indicate the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.800 with p = 0.000 (p > 0.050), meaning that there is a positive correlation between compensation and organizational commitment. With these results, the hypothesis in this study that there is a positive correlation between compensation and organizational commitment is acceptable. The positive correlation coefficient value indicates that the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive. Compensation provides an effective contribution of 64%. The empirical mean of the compensation variable obtained is 98.70 while the empirical mean of the organizational commitment variable is 119.26 and the hypothetical mean of the compensation variable is 85 and the hypothetical mean of the organizational commitment variable is 105.
