dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Dukungan Sosial Dengan Penyesuaian Diri Menjelang Pensiun Pada Karyawan di PT. INALUM. Dukungan sosial adalah segala sesuatu yang diterima individu dari orang-orang yang akrab dalam lingkungan dan mempengaruhi tingkah laku penerimanya Penyesuaian Diri merupakan kemampuan individu dalam menghadapi tuntutan- tuntutan, baik dari dalam diri maupun dari lingkungan Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan positif antara dukungan sosial dengan penyesuaian diri menjelang masa pensiun Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling, sampel berjumlah 39 karyawan. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan model skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala dukungan social dan skala penyesuain diri. Metode analisis data korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, maka di peroleh rxy = 0,947 r2 = 0,896 dengan P = 0,001 perhitungan nilai rata rata hipotetik dan empirik dukungan sosial 90 dan 106,19 maka tergolong sedang dan penyesuaian diri 67,5 dan 76,58 tergolong sedang. Sedangkan Be% =89,6% masih ada 10,4% faktor lain yang mempengaruhi penyesuaian diri. Hal ini berarti hipotesis yang di ajukan dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to determine the correlation between social support and adjustment towards retirement for employees at PT. INALUM. Social support is everything that is received by individuals from people who are familiar in the environment and influences the behavior of the recipient. Self-adjustment is the ability of individuals to face demands, both from within and from the environment. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between social support with adjustment towards retirement This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses a total sampling, the sample is 39 employees. The data collection method used a Likert scale model. This research uses social support scale and adjustment scale . Product moment correlation data analysis method. Based on the data analysis conducted , it is obtained that rxy = 0.947 r = 0.896 with P = 0.001 calculation of the hypotheticaland empirical average value of 90 and 106.19 social support is classified as moderate and 67.5 and 76.58 self-adjustment are classified as moderate . While Be% -89.6% there are still 10.4% other factors that affect adjustment. This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted.en_US
