This study aims to determine the relationship of non-physical work environment with job satisfaction on employees of PT. Prima Multi Equipment. The sample of this research is 53 employees with purpos sampling technique. In this study, two scales were used as measuring tools, namely the job satisfaction scale and the non-physical work environment scale which were compiled with a Likert scale research model. The analysis technique used is Product Moment correlation. The results of this study indicate the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.743 with a significance value of p = 0.000 means p <0.050. Which means that there is a positive relationship between non-physical work environment and job satisfaction. With these results, the hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between the non-physical work environment and job satisfaction. The positive correlation coefficient value indicates that the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive, meaning that the better the non-physical work environment, the higher the job satisfaction. The non-physical work environment gave an effective contribution of 55.2% to job satisfaction and 44.8% the role of other factors on job satisfaction. | en_US |
