Hubungan Beban Kerja Dengan Stres Kerja Karyawan PT Kemuning Group Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja terhadap stres kerja karyawan pada PT. Kemuning Group. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebanyak 93 responden dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 93 orang, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa teknik sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yang akan digunakan adalah product moment dari Karl Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara beban kerja terhadap stress kerja Pada PT. Kemuning Group, dengan Rxy 0,809 dan nilai signifikansi (sig.) 0,000 > 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat dikatakan diterima Hasil hipotetik dan empiris yang diperoleh pada variabel beban kerja dengan nilai empiris 70.80 dengan nilai hipotetik 50 dan standar deviasi sebesar 4.26, sehingga masuk dalam kategori cukup positif Koefisien Determinan beban kerja terhadap stres kerja adalah sebesar 65.4%.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan masih adanya hubungan dari variabel lain sebesar 34.6%. This study aims to test and determine the correlation between workload and work stress of employees at PT. Kemuning Group. The population of this study was 93 respondents with a sample of 93 people, so it can be said that the sample technique in this study was a saturated sample. The data analysis method that will be used is the product moment from Karl Pearson. The research results show that there is a significant positive correlation between workload and work stress at PT. Kemuning Group, with Rxy 0.809 and a significance value (sig.) 0.000 > 0.05. Based on these results, it can be said that the hypothetical and empirical results obtained on the workload variable with an empirical value of 70.80 with a hypothetical value of 50 and a standard deviation of 4.26, so that it is included in the quite positive category. The Determinant Coefficient of workload on work stress is 65.4%. The results of the study showed that there was still a correlation from other variables of 34.6%.
