Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara job insecurity dengan intensi turnover pada karyawan di kingdoom pool n bar Medan. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan model skala likert yaitu skala intensi turnover dan skala job insecurity. Analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment pearson, maka diperoleh hasil analisis data yaitu terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara job insecurity dengan intensi turnover. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,890 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi job insecurity yang dirasa oleh karyawan maka semakin tinggi juga kecenderungan terjadinya intensi turnover pada karyawan tersebut. Sebaliknya apabila semakin rendah job insecurity yang dirasa oleh karyawan maka semakin rendah juga kecenderungan intensi turnover pada karyawan tersebut. Berdasarkan uji linearitas, sumbangan efektif job insecurity pada intensi turnover adalah sebesar 0,792 atau 79,2%. Selain itu, karyawan di kingdoom pool n bar Medan mempunyai job insecurity dan intensi turnover yang tergolong tinggi yang dapat terlihat dari mean empirik (108,3) > dari nilai hipotetik (82,5) pada job insecurity dan mean empirik (114,4) > mean hipotetik (85) pada intensi turnover. oleh karena itu hipotesis dinyatakan diterima. This research is to find out the correlation between job insecurity with turnover intention of employees at kingdoom pool n bar in Medan. The population of this research is employees at kingdoom pool n bar in Medan. 50 people used as sample. The sample is taken with total sampling technic. Both of the scale is created based on likert scale, where job insecurity scale has 33 item and 3 come off item and turnover intention has 34 item and 2 come off item. This research claimed the positive hypothesis where the higher job insecurity by the employees, the higher the turnover intention is, so does in otherwise. The analysis technic that is used in this research is correlation Pearson Product Moment technic. The analysis result found that there is a significant positive relation between job insecurity and turnover intention. (rxy = 0,890 ; p = 0,000 < 0,000). Where the job insecurity is quiet high with the empirical mean is higher that the hypothetical mean (108,3 > 82,5), and turnover intention is quiet higher where the empirical mean is higher than the hypothetical mean (114,4 > 85). The other result that is gained is determinant coefficient (r2) and the relation is 0,792. It means the job insecurity gave 79,2% effect to turnover intention. And there is 20,8% impact of other factors for turnover intention that is not researched in this research, and thus the hypothesis that is aimed in this research is accepted.
