Abstract: Fenomena perkembangan CSR secara khusus pada 2016 dipaparkan oleh Riset Centre for Governance, Institutions and Organizations National University Singapore (NUS) Business School (cnnindonesia.com) yang menyatakan perusahaan di Indonesia memiliki kualitas tanggung jawab sosial atau Corporate Social Responsibility yang rendah. Good Corporate Governance merupakan salah satu faktor non keuangan yang dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Di Negara Indonesia, isu mengenai good corporate governance mengemuka setelah Indonesia. mengalami krisis yang berkepanjangan pada tahun 1998. Sejak saat itulah, pemerintah maupun investor memberikan perhatian yang lebih dalam praktek corporate governance. Sektor manufaktur merupakan kontributor terbesar bagi perekonomian nasional (kemenperin.go.id). Dimana perusahaan sektor manufaktur dianggap sektor yang dapat menilai secara keseluruhan perusahaan di Indonesia dan telah mengungkapkan Corporate Social Responsibility dibandingkan perusahaan sektor lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh CSR dan GCG terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Adapun populasi pada penelitian yaitu seluruh perusahaan manuaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Corporate Social Responsibility secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Good Corporate Governance secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Corporate Social Responsibility dan Good Corporate Governance secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016–2020. The phenomenon of CSR development in particular in 2016 was explained by the Research Center for Governance, Institutions and Organizations National University Singapore (NUS) Business School (cnnindonesia.com) which stated that companies in Indonesia have low quality of social responsibility or Corporate Social Responsibility. Good Corporate Governance is one of the nonfinancial factors that can increase the value of the company. In Indonesia, the issue of good corporate governance comes up after Indonesia. experienced a prolonged crisis in 1998. Since then, the government and investors have paid more attention to corporate governance practices. The manufacturing sector is the largest contributor to the national economy (kemenperin.go.id). Where the manufacturing sector company is considered a sector that can be assessed as a whole company in Indonesia and discloses Corporate Social Responsibility compared to other sector companies. This study aims to determine the effect of CSR and GCG on firm value. The population in this study are all manufactures companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020, using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. Corporate Social Responsibility partially affects Company Value, Good Corporate Governance partially affects Company Value, Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance simultaneously affect Company Value in manufactures sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2016–2020 period.
