dc.description.abstract | 1. Kepemimpinan dengan disiplin dan prestasi kerja pegawai yang telah dilaksanakan pada KPP Tebing Tinggi telah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Hal ini didukung oleh adanya prestasi kerja pegawai yagn meningkat serta didukung oleh kedisiplinan para pegawai itu sendiri. 2. Dari paparan diatas dapat diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. Ini terbukti dari pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin dan prestasi kerja pegawai yang kuat dan signifikan. 3. Kepemimpinan yang diberikan pimpinan akan berjalan dengan baik jika pimpinan memberikan kesempatan kepada bawahannya untuk turut serta dalam mengambil keputusan, mengembangkan bakat dan pengetahuan yang akan mempengaruhi prestasi kerja pegawai. 4. Disiplin yang diterapkan p1mpman kepada bawahan harus dapat diterima sebagai suatu tanggung jawab pegawai yang mempengaruhi prestasi kerja dan pekerjaan akan berjalan seefektif dan seefisien mungkin. 1. Leadership with discipline and employee performance that has carried out at KPP Tebing Tinggi was as expected. This is supported by an increase in employee performance as well supported by the discipline of the employees themselves. 2. From the explanation above, it can be seen that leadership is discipline influence on employee performance. This is evident from the influence strong leadership on discipline and employee work performance and significant. 3. The leadership given by the leader will work well if Leaders provide opportunities for subordinates to participate in making decisions, developing talents and knowledge will affect employee performance. 4. Discipline applied by the leader to subordinates must be acceptable as an employee responsibility that affects work performance and work will run as effectively and efficiently as possible. | en_US |
