Hubungan Konsep Diri dengan Performansi Kerja pada Polisi di Polres Samosir

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dengan performansi kerja pada polisi di Polres Samosir. Konsep diri merupakan gambaran yang dimiliki individu tentang dirinya yang dibentuk melalui pengalaman- pengalaman yang diperoleh dari interaksi lingkungan. Performansi kerja merupakan pola perilaku karyawan yang dilakukan di tempat kerja untuk memenuhi tujuan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaiut ada hubungan positif antara konsep diri dengan performansi kerja pada anggota polisi di Polres Samosir. Teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling dimana sampel berjumlah 50 anggota polisi. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan skala konsep diri dan pengambilan data dari penilaian atasan terhadap kinerja bawahan. Analisis data dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara konsep diri dengan performansi kerja dimana rxy= 0,531 dengan signifikansi p= 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan r product moment, maka diperoleh sumbangan efektif X terhadap Y sebesar 28,2%, berarti masih ada 71,8% faktor lain yang mempengaruhinya. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan empirik, menunjukkan bahwa anggota polisi di Polres Samosir memiliki konsep diri dan performansi kerja tergolong cukup baik. The results of the calculation of the hypothetical and empirical mean values obtained are that the concept variable is known to have an empirical value of 154.00 with a hypothetical value of 115 and a standard deviation of 25.280 which is included in the quite positive category. Meanwhile, the work performance variable based on data from superiors is in the sufficient category. Based on the calculation of r product moment, the effective contribution of X to Y is 28.2%, meaning that there are 71.8% of other factors that influence it. Results Based on empirical calculations, it shows that members of the police in Samosir Police have a fairly good self-concept and work performance.
