Abstract: | Kesimpulan: 1. Berdasarkan Akte Notaris M. Ali No. 29 Tanggal 23 November 1981 nama Barata Metal Works and Engineering Ltd. Dirubah menjadi PT. Barata Indonesia berkedudukan di Surabaya. PT. Barata Indonesia adalah perusahaan besar yang bergerak di bidang kontraktor atau perencanaan pembangunan seperti membangun rumah, jalan raya, saluran air, jaringan Jistrik, pintu air, dan lain-lain. 2. Adapun metode pengawasan karyawan yang dilakukan oleh PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero) Medan adalah dengan melakukan program pengawasan yang dilakukan dengan metode langsung dan tidak langsung. 3. Dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan, perusahaan menggunckan dua metode yaitu metode motivasi positif dan motivasi negatif. Penerapan motivasi positif antara lain denga cara pemberian : a. Penghargaan terhadap pekerjaan. b. lnformasi. c. Pemberian perhatian yang tulus kepada pegawa1 sebagai seorang individu. d. Persaingan. e. Partisipasi. f. Kebanggaan. g. Uang. 4. Dalam pemberian penghargaan sebagai upaya meningkatkan motivasi belum diterapkan dengan baik dimana tidak dilakukan secara kontinu. Conclusion: 1. Based on Deed of Notary M. Ali No. 29 November 23, 1981 the name Barata Metal Works and Engineering Ltd. Changed into PT. Barata Indonesia is domiciled in Surabaya. PT. Barata Indonesia is a large company engaged in the contractor or development planning such as building houses, highways, canals water, electricity network, floodgates, and others. 2. As for the method of employee supervision carried out by PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero) Medan is to do the program supervision carried out by direct and indirect methods. 3. In increasing employee motivation, the company uses it two methods, namely the method of positive motivation and negative motivation. Application positive motivation, among others, by giving: a. Appreciation for work. b. information. c. Giving sincere attention to employees as a person individual. d. Competition. e. Participation. f. Pride. g. Money. 4. In giving awards as an effort to increase motivation has not been implemented properly where it is not carried out continuously. |
