dc.description.abstract | Berdasarkan penelitian pendahuluan yang dilakukan, maka dirumuskan suatu masalah sebagai berikut : "Bahwa penempatan pegawai belum sesuai dengan prosedur dan ketentuan , sehingga tidak tercipta hubungan yang harmonis diantara bagian-bagian yang mengakibatkan produktivitas kerja menurun". Berdasarkan perumusan mas al ah diatas maka dapat dikemukakan hipotesis sebagai berikut : "Apabila penempatan pegawai sesuai dengan prosedur dan ketentuan yang ada, maka akan tercipta hubungan yang harmonis diantara bagianbqgian yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Di dqlam produktivitas kegiatan organisasi perusahaan digunakan model/bentuk organisasi garis. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan dilandasi teori yang ada, maka dapat ditemukan kesimpulan utama sebagai berikut : a. Pembagian kerja untuk tiap tingkatan jabatan yang meliputi tugas pokok, wewenang dan tanggung jawab telah terinci dengan baik, sehingga para pegawainya dapat jelas mengikuti arah dan tujuan perusahaan. b. Kemampuan kerja dari setiap pejabat untuk menerima tugas, wewenang dan tanggung jawab yang dibebankan kepadanya diukur denga suatu indikator yang disebut ukuran keberhasilan dan merupakan penilaian bagi atasan. c. Hubungan komunikasi dan rasa kebersamaan diantara pegawai, atasan dan bawahan berjalan sangat harmonis, hal ini karena organisasi garis yang dianut oleh perusahaan bersifat sederhana dan jumlah pegawai relatif sedikit. Based on preliminary research that done, then a problem is formulated as following: "That the placement of employees has not been in accordance with procedures and provisions, so it is not created harmonious relationship among its parts resulting in decreased work productivity". Based on formulation mas al ah above it can be put forward hypothesis as follows: "If the placement of employees in accordance with existing procedures and provisions, then a harmonious relationship will be created between the parts which can increase work productivity. In in the productivity of the company's organizational activities the line organization model/form is used. From the results research conducted based on existing theory, the main conclusions can be found as follows: a. Division of work for each level of position includes main duties, authorities and responsibilities well detailed, so that the employees can clearly follow the direction and goals of the company. b. The work ability of each official to receive assigned duties, authorities and responsibilities to him is measured by an indicator called measure of success and is an assessment for superior. c. Communication relationships and a sense of togetherness between employees, superiors and subordinates run very harmonious, this is due to the organization of the lines adopted by the company is simple and total relatively few employees. | en_US |
