dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Kreativitas dan Inovasi Produk terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada Usaha Florist di Kecamatan Medan Selayang”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengusaha Florist Kecamatan Medan Selayang sebanyak 40 orang dengan mennggunakan sampel jenuh, maka jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden. Hasil penelitian ini dilihat dari variable kreativitas menunjukan nilai perolehan thitung > t tabel sebesar 8,432>1,687 dan variabel inovasi produk menunjukkan nilai perolehan thitung > t tabel sebesar 6,722>1,687 dengan signifikansi <0,05 terhadap variabel keberhasilan usaha. Kreativitas dan inovasi produk berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada Usaha Florist di Kecamatan Medan Selayang, karena hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai perolehan F hitung sebesar 310,464, sehingga Fhitung > Ftabel (310,464 > 3,25) dan nilai Sig 0.000> 0.05, dengan besaran pengaruh 94,1% sementara 5,9% adalah kontribusi variabel lain yang tidakl dibahas dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine "The Influence of Creativity and Product Innovation on Business Success in a Florist Business in Medan Selayang District". This type of research is associative. The population in this study was the florist entrepreneur in Medan Selayang sub-district as many as 40 people using a saturated sample, so the number of samples in this study was 40 respondents. The results of this study were seen from the creativity variable showing the acquisition value of tcount > t table of 8.432> 1.687 and the product innovation variable showing the acquisition value of tcount > t table of 6.722> 1.687 with a significance of <0.05 on the business success variable. Creativity and product innovation have a significant and significant effect on the success of the business in the Florist Business in Medan Selayang District, because the results of the study show the value of F arithmetic is 310,464, so Fcount > Ftable (310,464 > 3,25) and Sig value 0.000 > 0.05, with the magnitude of the effect 94.1% while 5.9% is the contribution of other variables that are not discussed in this study. | en_US |
