dc.description.abstract | Pengolahan terasi telah banyak dilakukan oleh masyarakat di wilayah pesisir sebagai kegiatan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi keluarga namun kegiatan usaha pengolahan terasi ini tidak lepas dari beberapa masalah diantaranya adanya produk home industry terasi sejenis dari luar daerah yang masuk kedalam pasar tradisional sehingga timbul persaingan antara industri pengolahan terasi. Semakin banyaknya industri pengolahan terasi maka semakin sulit pula memperebutkan potensi pasar yang ada serta menjadi ancaman bagi usaha home industry terasi udang rebon di Desa Teluk Pulai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi pengembangan usaha home industry terasi udang serta untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan usaha home industry terasi udang rebon di Desa Teluk Pulai. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor secara internal yang mempengaruhi adalah pengalaman berusaha home industry terasi udang rebon, lokasi tempat produksi strategis, kualitas produk, ketersediaan modal, produksi belum maksimal, tidak adanya promosi, tidak adanya pengemasan produk, dan tidak memiliki label produk merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan usaha home industry terasi udang rebon. Secara eksternal faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah jumlah permintaan, memiliki prospek pengembangan, harga dapat terjangkau, dukungan pemerintah pengaruh perubahan cuaca, ketersediaan mesin penggiling, adanya produk terasi dengan pewarna non makanan, dan adanya ketersediaan bahan baku utama. Dengan kondisi tersebut secara umum strategi pengembangan usaha home industry terasi udang rebon di Desa Teluk Pulai yang dapat dilakukan adalah strategi Turn Around yaitu dengan mengatasi kelemahan yang dimiliki untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Shrimp paste processing has been carried out by many people in coastal areas as an activity to increase family economic income, but shrimp paste processing business activities are not free from several problems, including the existence of similar shrimp paste home industry products from outside the area that enter traditional markets so that competition arises between the shrimp paste processing industry. The more shrimp paste processing industries, the more difficult it is to fight over the existing market potential and become a threat to the shrimp paste shrimp paste home industry in Teluk Pulai Village. This study aims to determine the internal and external factors that influence the development of the shrimp paste home industry business and to determine the strategy for developing the rebon shrimp paste home industry business in Teluk Pulai Village. In this study, data analysis techniques used SWOT analysis with a qualitative approach method. The results showed that internally influencing factors were experience in the home industry for shrimp paste shrimp paste, strategic production location, product quality, availability of capital, not optimal production, lack of promotion, absence of product packaging, and not having a product label. influencing the development of shrimp paste shrimp paste home industry business. Externally, the influencing factors are the number of requests, development prospects, affordable prices, government support, availability of main raw materials, influence of weather changes, the presence of shrimp paste products with non-food coloring, and the availability of grinding machines. Under these conditions, in general, the strategy for developing a shrimp paste shrimp paste home industry in Teluk Pulai Village that can be carried out is the Turn Around strategy, namely by overcoming weaknesses to take advantage of existing opportunities. | en_US |
