Analisis Kepuasan Petani Padi Sawah Terhadap Kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan (PPL) (Studi Kasus: Petani Padi Sawah Desa Melati II, Kecamatan Perbaungan, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja dan tingkat kepentingan petani terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian lapangan serta untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan petani terhadap kinerjaa penyuluh pertanian lapangan di Desa Melati II, Kecamatan Perbaungan, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan skunder sebagai acuannya. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 66 orang petani. Hasil Penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa (1) hasil analisis interval kelas untuk tingkat kinerja untuk kelas kurang baik dengan persentase 95% yang artinya kinerja penyuluh kurang baik sedangkan tingkat kepentingan petani sangat tinggi, (2) hasil analisis interval kelas tingkat kepentingan untuk kelas penting memperoleh hasil 95% yang artinya untuk kepentingan petani sangat tinggi, (3) hasil analisis interval kelas tingkat kepuasan untuk kelas kurang puas dengan persentase 78% yang artinya petani kurang puas dengan kinerja penyuluh tersebut. Berdasarkan analisis IPA (Importance Performance Analisis) di dapatkan hasil titik terbanyak berada pada kuadran satu dan kuadran kedua yang artinya pada kuadran satu penyuluh harus meningkatkan kinerja karena pada dasarnya kinerja penyuluh di daerah tersebut masih kurang Dan untuk kuadran kedua artinya penyuluh diharapkan mampu untuk mempertahankan kinerjanya karena petani di Desa Melati II merasa puas dengan kinerja penyuluh yang ada pada kuadran kedua. This study aims to determine the level of performance and the level of farmer interest in the performance of field agricultural extension workers and to determine the aalevel of farmer satisfaction with the performance of field agricultural extension workers in Melati II Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This research is a qualitative research using primary and secondary data as a reference. The number of samples taken was 66 farmers. The results of the study showed that (1) the results of the class interval analysis for the level of performance for the less good class with a percentage of 95%, which means that the extension worker's performance is not good while the farmer's level of interest is very high, (2) the results of the class interval analysis of the level of importance for the important class get a result of 95 % which means that for the benefit of farmers is very high, (3) the results of the class interval analysis show that the level of satisfaction for the class is not satisfied with the percentage of 78%, which means that the farmers are not satisfied with the performance of the extension worker. Based on IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) analysis, the most point results are in quadrant one and quadrant two, which means that in quadrant one the instructor must improve performance because basically the performance of extension officers in that area is still lacking. And for the second quadrant, it means that extension officers are expected to be able to maintain their performance. because farmers in Melati II Village are satisfied with the performance of the extension workers in the second quadrant.
