Pengaruh Struktur Kepem1likan Publik terhadap Return Saham dan Nilai Perusahaan pada Sektor Industri Tekstil dan Garmen yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2015-2021

Abstract

Tujuan dalam Openelitian ini ialah untuk mengobservasi dan menganalisis pengaruhU kepemilikan publik terhadap return saham dan nilai perusahaan di sektor industri tekstil dan germen yang Lterdaftar BEI secara parsial. YJenis penelitianY yangY digunakanY Ydalam observasi ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber dan jenis data penelitian yang digunakan untk observasi adalah data tidak langsung (sekunder). Teknik analisis dalam penelitian untk observasi adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan Eviews. Populasi dann sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Tekstil dan Garmen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015- 2021 dengan total 9 perusahaan dan diolah datanya dengan penyajian data tahunan sehingga dihasilkan 65 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan publik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham di sektor industri tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di BEI dan hasil penelitian kepemilikan publik berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor industri tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di BEI. The purpose of this study is to observe and analyze the effect of public ownership on stock returns and company value in the textile industry sector and Germany which are listed on the IDX partially. The type of research used in this observation is a quantitative approach. Sources and types of research data used for observation are indirect (secondary) data. The analysis technique in research for observation is simple linear regression analysis with Eviews. The population and sample in this study were textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2021 with a total of 9 companies and the data was processed by presenting annual data so that 65 samples were produced. The results of this research show that public ownership has a positive and significant effect on stock returns in the textile and garment industry sector which is listed on the IDX and the research results show that public ownership has a negative and significant effect on firm value in the textile and garment industry sector which is listed on the IDX.
