dc.description.abstract | Kesimpulan A. Kebijaksanaan perusahaan dalam hal penenmaan karyawan telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan o!ch pihak. manajemen perusahaan sebelumnya dan mengilruti ketentuan I peraturan pemerintah didalam merekrut tenaga kerja B. Didalam mendapatkan karyawan-karyawan yang sesuai dengan prosedur clan kualifikasi yang telah ditetapkan, maka daiam penerimaan seluruh karyawan Travellers Suites Hotel pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan sistem seleksi. C. Sumber-swnber tenaga kerja pada Travellers Suites Hotel diperoleh melalui dua cara yaitu : tenaga kerja yang berasal dari dalam perusahaan clan tenaga i kerja yang berasal dari luar perusahaan. D. Perusahaan lebih mengutamakan karyawan sendiri yang mempunyai skill dan keahlian untuk mengisi suatu jabatan yang lowong F. Metode seleksi yang digunakan dalaru . perekrutan tenaga kerja screening, pengisian formulir, test pengetahuan, wawancara, test kesehatan dan masa orientasi pekerjaan ( percobaan ). G. Pelaksanaan seleksi calon pegawai Travellers Suites Hotel masih terdapat kelemahan antara lain tidak mengadakan test psikologi, sehingga dikhawatirkan para calon tenaga kerja yang lulus test tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Perekrutan pegawai pada Travellers Suites Hotel berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan, minat dan bakat serta tidak kurang pentingnya basil dari masa orientasi yang dijalani oleh setiap calon tenaga kerja.
