Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran loyalitas karyawan di PT. Prima Kencana Adv, skala yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala likert. Dimana yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Prima Kencana Adv dengan total populasi 79 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif Loyalitas pada karyawan di PT. Prima Kencana Adv dapat disimpulkan bahwa aspek tertinggi menggambarkan loyalitas karyawan yaitu Ketaatan/kepatuhan dengan kontribusi sebesar 33%. Aspek selanjutnya adalah tanggung jawab sebesar 21%. Aspek ketiga yaitu hubungan antar pribadi sebesar 14 %. Kemudian aspek kesukaan terhadap pekerjaan sebagai aspek keempat sebesar 13%. Aspek lainnya yaitu rasa memiliki sebesar 12%. Dan yang terakhir aspek kemauan bekerja sama sebesar 7%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan bahwa loyalitas karyawan dan pengembangan karir PT. Prima Kencana Adv Medan tergolong cenderung tinggi, yang sesuai dengan fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan. This study aims to see the description of employee loyalty at PT. Prima Kencana Adv, the scale used in this study is the Likert scale. Where the subjects in this study were employees of PT. Prima Kencana Adv with a total population of 79 people. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive research. Based on the results of descriptive analysis Loyalty to employees at PT. Prima Kencana Adv can be concluded that the highest aspect describes employee loyalty, namely obedience/compliance with a contribution of 33%. The next aspect is the responsibility of 21%. The third aspect is interpersonal relations by 14%. Then the aspect of liking work as the fourth aspect is 13%. Another aspect is the sense of belonging by 12%. And the last aspect is the willingness to cooperate by 7%. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that employee loyalty and career development at PT. Prima Kencana Adv Medan tends to be high, which is in accordance with the phenomena that occur in the field.
