dc.description.abstractImplementasi adalah suatu rangkaian atau pelaksanaan aktifitas dalam rangka menghantarkan kebijakan kepada masyarakat sehingga kebijakan tersebut dapat membawa hasil sebagaimana diharapkan, Masalah pelayanan publik kantor Camat Lingga Bayu masih belum optimal karena masih ditemukan berbagai persoalan, penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik di kantor camat Lingga Bayu belum begitu baik karena masih diposisikan yaitu sebagai pihak yang melayani bukan di layani. Tujuan dari penelitian skripsi tersebut adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar penerapan good governance responsivitas pada kantor camat Lingga Bayu Kabupaten Madina, dan sebagai contoh atau arahan kepada staf untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan benar kepada masyarakat. Peneliti memakai metode penelitian kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Implementasi Prinsip Good Governance Responsivitas Dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Publik Pada Kantor Camat Lingga Bayu Kabupaten Madina belum baik dan masih terdapat kekurangan dalam pelaksanaannya. Prinsip responsivitas sudah di implementasikan dengan baik, dimana indikator ini mencakup sikap dan komunikasi yang baik dari petugas kecamatan lingga bayu kepada masyarakat. Sikap dan komunikasi tersebut yang meliputi instrumen keramahan, kesopanan, keadilan, dan kejelasan bicara kepada masyarakat berada pada kategori cukup baik. Implementation is a series or implementation of activities in order to deliver policies to the public so that these policies can bring results as expected. Public service problems at the Lingga Bayu sub-district office are still not optimal because various problems are still found. still positioned as a party that serves not being served. The purpose of this thesis research is to find out how much responsive good governance is implemented at the Lingga Bayu sub-district office, Madina Regency, and as an example or direction for staff to provide good and correct service to the community. Researchers used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach to data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of the principles of responsive good governance in improving public services at the Lingga Bayu sub-district office, Madina district was not good and there were still deficiencies in its implementation. The principle of responsiveness has been implemented properly, where this indicator includes good attitude and communication from Lingga Bayu sub-district officials to the community. This attitude and communication which includes instruments of friendliness, politeness, fairness, and clarity of speech to the public are in a fairly good categoryen_US
