Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Panen Kelapa Sawit Pt.Perkebunan Lembah Bhakti (Plb) Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, Kabupaten Aceh Singkil

Abstract

Dengan adanya replanting yang dilakukan PT. PLB Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, membuat penurunan produktivitas kerja karyawan pemanen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis produktivitas kerja karyawan pemanen kelapa sawit di PT. PLB Astra Agro Lestari Tbk dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh umur, tingkat pendidikan formal, jumlah tanggungan, lama bekerja, dan premi terhadap faktor produktivitas kerja karyawan pemanen kelapa sawit di PT. PLB Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, pengisian kuesioner, serta pengumpulan data sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan rumus analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji penyimpangan asumsi klasik dan uji kesesuaian model dalam membantu peneliti dalam menentukan produktivitas kerja karyawan pemanen. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa rata-rata produktivitas yang dihasilkan tenaga kerja pemanen kelapa sawit di PT. PLB Astra Agro Lestari pada periode Juli s/d September 2022 masuk kedalam kategori produktivitas tinggi, karena hasil panen kelapa sawit yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan (basis) 1.200 Kg/hari, dan karyawan dapat melebihi dari target yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan dengan rata-rata 2.261,49 Kg/hari. Berdasarkan perhitungan dari Uji t bahwa umur, lama bekerja dan premi menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut menunjukkan berpengaruh secara positif sedangkan variabel tingkat pendidikan formal dan jumlah tanggungan menunjukkan bahwa variabel tersebut berpengaruh secara negatif dikarenakan nilai t hitung nya lebih kecil dibandingkan nilai t Tabelnya. Tetapi jika menggunakan perhitungan uji F bahwa secara serempak variabel umur tingkat pendidikan formal, jumlah tanggungan, lama bekerja dan premi menunjukkan berpengaruh nyata. With the replanting carried out by PT. PLB Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, causing a decrease in the work productivity of harvester employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the work productivity of oil palm harvesters at PT. PLB Astra Agro Lestari Tbk and to analyze the effect of age, level of formal education, number of dependents, length of work, and premiums on work productivity factors of oil palm harvesters at PT. PLB Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. Methods of data collection using the method of observation, interviews, filling out questionnaires, as well as secondary data collection. Data analysis used the formula of multiple linear regression analysis, and classical assumption deviation test and model suitability test to assist researchers in determining the work productivity of harvesting employees. The results of the study concluded that the average productivity of the palm oil harvesters at PT. PLB Astra Agro Lestari in the period July to September 2022 is included in the high productivity category, because the palm oil yield set by the company (base) is 1,200 Kg/day, and employees can exceed the target set by the company with an average 2,261.49 Kg/day. Based on calculations from the t test that age, length of work and premium show that these three variables show a positive effect while the variables of formal education level and number of dependents show that these variables have a negative effect because the calculated t value is smaller than the table t value. But if you use the calculation of the F test that simultaneously the variables age, level of formal education, number of dependents, length of work and premiums show a significant effect.
