Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh psychological well-being terhadap work engagement melalui mediasi lingkungan kerja (studi pada prajurit). Menggunakan metode survey atau metode sampling proporsional. Metode analisis data adalah analisis validasi deskriptif dengan 210 responden. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam makalah ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), yang menggunakan perangkat lunak analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Smart PLS. Pada hipotesis pertama ditemukan bahwa pengaruh psychological well-being terhadap lingkungan kerja pada prajurit. dengan t-hitung sebesar 33.253 > 1.96 dan p-value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Hipotesis kedua ditemukan ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap work engagement pada prajurit, dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 1.571 < 1.96, dan p-value sebesar 0.117 > 0.05. Hipotesis ketiga, ditemukan ada pengaruh psychological wellbeing terhadap work engagement pada prajurit, dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 6.341 > 1.96, dan p-value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Hipotesis keempat ditemukan ada peran mediasi lingkungan kerja terhadap pengaruh psychological well-being terhadap work engagement pada prajurit, dengan nilai pengaruh langsung PWB terhadap WE sebesar 0.517 (51,7%) lebih Besar daripada pengaruh tidak langsung PWB terhadap WE melalui LK sebesar 0,110 (11,0%) signifikan pada 0.05 (5%). Disarankan agar meningkatkan fokus pada pekerjaan dan tetap ikut bekerja sama dengan tim. Dilihat dari permasalahan yang ada maka diharapkan agar memberikan masukan dan membantu personil untuk berkembang, memberikan workshop untuk prajurit agar lebih mampu mengeksplor kemampuan yang dimiliki dan disalurkan dalam kondisi yang baik tanpa merugikan pihak manapun dan memperhatikan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan prajurit. Perlu diadakan pelatihan tentang motivasi kerja, komunikatif dalam bekerja, atau pelatihan lain yang bisa meningkatkan Work Engagement. Menyadari bahwa penelitian ini memiliki berbagai kekurangan, maka disarankan kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk menganalisis faktor lain yang mempengaruhi Work Engagement seperti: motivasi, dukungan sosial, pengambilan keputusan, job resources, salience of job resources, dan personal resources. The research methodology used in this paper is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis software with Smart PLS. In the first hypothesis, it was found that there is an effect of psychological wellbeing on the work environment of soldiers. With a t-count of 33.253 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. The second hypothesis found that there is an effect of the work environment on work engagement of soldiers, with a t-count of 1.571 <1.96, and a p-value of 0.117 > 0.05. The third hypothesis found that there is an effect of psychological well-being on work engagement of soldiers, with a t-count of 6.341 > 1.96, and a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. The fourth hypothesis found that there is a mediating role of the work environment on the influence of psychological well-being on work engagement of soldiers, with a direct effect value of PWB on WE of 0.517 (51.7%) greater than the indirect effect of PWB on WE through LK of 0.110 (11). .0%) is significant at 0.05 (5%). It is recommended to increase focus on work and continue to work with the team. Judging from the existing problems, it is hoped that they will provide input and help personnel to develop, provide workshops for soldiers so that they are better able to explore their capabilities and channel them in good conditions without harming any party and paying attention to the health and welfare of soldiers. There needs to be training on work motivation, communicativeness at work, or other training that can improve Work Engagement. Realizing that this research has various shortcomings, it is suggested to future researchers analyze other factors that affect Work Engagement such as motivation, social support, decision-making, job resources, the salience of job resources, and personal resources.
