Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Stres Perawat Rumah Sakit TK. IV IM 07.01 Lhokseumawe

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan iklim organisasi terhadap stres perawat Rumah Sakit TK. IV IM 0701 Lhokseumawe. Subjek dalam penelitian ini 148 perawat Rumah Sakit Tk.IV IM 0701 Lhokseumawe. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tekhnik Total Sampling. Stres perawat diukur dengan skala faktor yangmempengaruhi stres yang terdiri dari 22 item yang valid dan komunikasi interpersonal diukur dengan skala aspek-aspek komunikasi interpersonal De Vito yang terdiri dari 18 item yang valid, sedangkan iklim organisasi diukur dengan skala dimensi iklim organisasi menurut Litwin dan Stringer yang terdiri dari 18 item yang valid. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi ganda untuk hipotesis pertama dan uji korelasi parsial untuk hipotesis kedua dan ketiga. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan adanya pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan iklim organisasi terhadap stres kerja perawat Rumah Sakit TK IV IM 07.01 yang ditunjukkan koefisien F reg = 22.171 dengan p < 0.05, dan koefisien korelasi R = 0.545 dengan p < 0.05 dan R2 = 0.297, hipotesis kedua adanya pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap stres kerja perawat Rumah Sakit TK IV IM 07.01 ditunjukkan koefisien t nya adalah sebesar 2.223 dengan p < 0.05, dan hipotesis ketiga adanya pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap stres kerja perawat Rumah Sakit TK IV IM 07.01 ditemukan koefisien t nya adalah sebesar 5.394 dengan p < 0.05. This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication and organizational climate on nurse stress at TK Hospital. IV IM 0701 Lhokseumawe Hospital. The subjects in this study were 148 nurses of Hospital Tk. IV IM 0701 Lhokseumawe. Data collection method using total sampling technique. Nurse stress is measured by a scale of factors that affect stress consisting of 22 valid items and interpersonal communication is measured by a scale of De Vito's interpersonal communication aspects consisting of 18 valid items, while organizational climate is measured by a scale of organizational climate dimensions according to Litwin and Stringer consisting of 18 valid items. Data analysis used is multiple regression for the first hypothesis and partial correlation test for the second and third hypotheses. The results of the study concluded that there is an influence of interpersonal communication and organizational climate on the work stress of nurses of Hospital TK IV IM 07.01 which is shown by the coefficient of F reg = 22.171 with p < 0.05, and the correlation coefficient R =0.545 with p < 0.05 and R2 = 0. 297, the second hypothesis is the effect of organizational climate on the work stress of nurses of Hospital TK IV IM 07.01 shown the t coefficient is 2.223 with p < 0.05, and the third hypothesis is the effect of interpersonal communication on the work stress of nurses of Hospital TK IV IM 07.01 found the t coefficient is 5.394 with p < 0.05.
