Abstract: | Daging ayam broiler(Gallus domesticus)merupakan salah satu bahan makanan yang memegang peranan cukup penting dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi masyarakat,karena banyak mengandung proteindanzat-zatlainnyasepertilemak,mineral,vitamin,yang penting untuk kelancaran proses metabolisme didalam tubuh.Penelitian ini bertujuanuntukmengetahuijenisbakteridankarakterisasidaridaging ayam broiler yang dijual dipasar tradisional dan pasar swalayan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu memberi gambaran dari hasil keempat sampel serta jumlah koloni yang terdapat sehingga menemukan perbedaan yang siknifikan yaitu sebagi berikut Sp160,66x104,Sp247,66 x104,Sp343,00x104,Sp438,66x104dapat dilihat bahwa sampel daging ayam swalayan lebih sedikit bakteri pencemar disbanding dengan ketiga sampel yang dibeli dipasar tradisional Broiler chicken meat (Gallus domesticus) is one of them Foodstuffs play an important role in fulfill the nutritional needs of the community, because it contains a lot of protein and other substances such as fat, minerals, vitamins, which are important for the smooth process of metabolism in the body. This research aims to determine the type of bacteria and characterization of the meat broiler chickens sold in traditional markets and supermarkets with using a descriptive method that gives an overview of the results the four samples as well as the number of colonies found so find significant differences, namely as follows Sp160.66x104, Sp247.66 x104, Sp343,00x104, Sp438,66x104 it can be seen that the meat samples self-serve chickens are less polluting bacteria compared to the three samples purchased in traditional markets |
