dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara Medan. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif asosiatif. Populasi penelitian adalah Tenaga Kependidikan sebanyak 224 orang dan yang menjadi sampel 56 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner tertutup yang disusun berdasarkan skala Likert. Teknik Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi liner berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) Lingkungan Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja sebesar 48%, (2) Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja sebesar 61,6%, dan (3) Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja mimiliki pengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja sebesar 72,1 %, adapun sisanya 27,9% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model penelitian. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, Medan. This type of research is associative quantitative. The study population consisted of 224 educational staff and 56 respondents as a sample. The data collection technique with a closed questionnaire which is arranged based on the Likert scale. The data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22 software. The results of the study were: (1) Work environment has a significant influence on performance by 48%, (2) Work motivation has a significant effect on performance by 61, 6%, and (3) work environment and work motivation have a simultaneous significant effect on performance of 72.1%, while the remaining 27.9% are influenced by other factors outside the research model. | en_US |
