Abstract: Penelitian ini didasari fenomena bahwa sebagian siswa belum merasakan kesejahteraan di sekolahnya. Padahal kesejahteraan menjadi salah satu faktor penting yang mendukung selama proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan religiusitas, dukungan sosial peer-group dengan kesejahteraan subjektif pada siswa SMA Swasta Al-Ulum Terpadu Medan. Jumlah total populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 480 siswa, sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 202 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga skala, yaitu skala religiusitas, skala dukungan sosial peer group dan skala kesejahteraan subjektif 1A dan 1B. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara religiusitas dan kesejahteraan subjektif dengan nilai koefisien (rxy) = 0, 795 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,050 dengan sumbangan religiusitas terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif siswa sebesar 50, 2% dan berada pada kategori sedang. Pada variabel dukungan sosial peer-group dan variabel kesejahteraan subjektif juga mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan nilai koefisien (rxy) = 0,743 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,050, sumbangan dukungan sosial peer-group terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif siswa sebesar 68,9% dan berada pada kategori kuat. Selanjutnya, secara bersamaan variabel religiusitas dan dukungan sosial peer-group memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kesejahteraan subjektif dengan nilai koefisien (rxy) = 0, 650 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,050, dengan sumbangan religiusitas dan dukungan sosial peer-group terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif sebesar 60, 3% dan berada pada kategori kuat. This research is based on the phenomenon that some students don’t feel well being at school. Even though well- being is one of the important factors that support during the learning process. This research method uses correlational quantitative methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between religiosity, peer-group social support and subjective well-being in students of Al-Ulum Terpadu Private High School in Medan. The total population in this study was 480 students, while the sample was 202 students using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data collection method in this study used three scales, namely the religiosity scale, the peer-group social support scale and the subjective welfare scale. Data analysis using correlation analysis techniques. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between religiosity and subjective well-being with a coefficient (rxy) = 0.795 with p = 0.000 <0.050 with the contribution of religiosity to students' subjective well-being of 50.2% and was in the medium category. The peer-group social support variable and subjective welfare variable also have a positive and significant relationship with a coefficient value (rxy) = 0.743 with p = 0.000 <0.050, the contribution of peer-group social support to student subjective welfare is 68.9% and is in the strong category. Furthermore, simultaneously the variables of religiosity and peer-group social support have a positive and significant relationship with subjective well-being with a coefficient value (rxy) = 0.650 with p = 0.000 <0.050, with the contribution of religiosity and peer-group social support to subjective well-being of 60.3% and is in the strong category.
