Abstract: | Buah-buahan lokal adalah buah yang ditanam oleh petani lokal di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Terdapat 3 buah lokal yaitu pisang, jeruk siam dan mangga di Pasaraya Medan Metro Trade Centre (MMTC) yang merupakan pasar tradisional dan dikelola perusahan swasta yaitu PT. Deli Metropolitan di atas tanah seluas 7 hektar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pengambilan keputusan konsumen dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian buah lokal. Metode yang digunakan untuk mentukan sampel secara Accidental Sampling sebanyak 60 konsumen. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda dengan melakukan dua uji yaitu uji instrumen penelitian dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses keputusan pembelian konsumen membeli buah lokal di MMTC dilakukan dengan melihat situasi atau kondisi dengan pembelian terencana. Sedangkan untuk faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian buah lokal, dari hasil uji didapatkan bahwa harga, produk dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen buah lokal di Pasaraya Medan Metro Trade Centre. Local fruits are fruits grown by local farmers throughout Indonesia. There are 3 local fruits, namely bananas, Siamese oranges and mangoes at Pasaraya Medan Metro Trade Center (MMTC) which is a traditional market and is managed by a private company, namely PT. Deli Metropolitan on 7 hectares of land. This study aims to analyze the consumer decision-making process and the factors that influence local fruit purchasing decisions. The method used to determine the sample by Accidental Sampling as many as 60 consumers. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression by conducting two tests, namely the research instrument test and the hypothesis test. The results of the study indicate that the consumer purchasing decision process to buy local fruit at MMTC is carried out by looking at the situation or condition with planned purchases. As for the factors that influence the decision to purchase local fruit, the test results show that price, product and location have a significant effect on the buying decision of local fruit consumers at Pasaraya Medan Metro Trade Center. |
