Abstract: Karakteristik siswa dan perubahan kurikulum serta kejenuhan belajar pasca pandemi covid 19 meningkatkan kecemasan siswa di lingkungan akademik yang berdampak negatif pada perkembangan perilaku serta penurunan motivasi pada siswa. Training motivasi kecerdasan spiritual sebagai pertimbangan solusi untuk menurunkan kecemasan serta mengurangi kejenuhan belajar melalui peningkatan motivasi serta peningkatan kecerdasan spiritual yang telah dimiliki setiap individu termasuk siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh training motivasi kecerdasan spiritual terhadap penurunan kecemasan akademik dan kejenuhan belajar siswa Madrasah Aliyah Laboratorium UINSU Medan, melalui penelitian eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Subyek adalah siswa Madrasah Aliyah Laboratorium UINSU Medan yang memiliki tingkat kecemasan akademik dan kejenuhan belajar pada kecenderungan sedang-tinggi. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan instrumen skala kecemasan akademik dan skala kejenuhan belajar yang di adopsi dari instrumen standar Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey (MBI-SS)) dalam versi bahasa Indonesia yang telah di adaptasi dan diuji valididitas dan reabilitasnya. Uji wilcoxon digunakan untuk uji hipotesis dengan aplikasi SPSS 22 pada hasil pretest-posttest menghasilkan nilai signifikan 0,000 pada kecemasan akademik (Asymp.sig < 0,05), dan nilai signifikan 0,000 pada kejenuhan belajar (Asymp.sig < 0,05), sehingga disimpulkan ada pengaruh training motivasi kecerdasan spiritual terhadap penurunan kecemasan akademik dan kejenuhan belajar pada siswa. Characteristics of students and curriculum changes as well as learning saturation after the covid 19 pandemic increased student anxiety in the academic environment which had a negative impact on behavior development and decreased motivation in students. Spiritual intelligence motivation training as a consideration of solutions to reduce anxiety and reduce academic burnout through increased motivation and increased spiritual intelligence that has been owned by each individual, including students. This study purposed to research whether there is an effect of spiritual intelligence motivation training on reducing academic anxiety and academic burnout of Madrasah Aliyah students at UINSU Medan Laboratory with middle-high level of academic anxiety and academic burnout scale. Data collection was using questionnaire with an academic anxiety and academic burnout scale adopted from the standard instrument Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey (MBI-SS) in the Indonesian which has been adapted, tested valid and reliable. Wilcoxon test was used for hypothesis test with SPSS 22 apps on the experimental pretest-posttest score resulted a significant value of 0.000 on academic anxiety ( Asymp sig < 0.05), while on academic burnout resulted a significant value of 0.000, so there was an effect of spiritual intelligence motivation training on reducing academic anxiety and academic burnout in students.
