dc.description.abstract | Ubi kayu merupakan salah satu komoditas pertanian jenis umbi-umbian yang cukup penting di Indonesia baik sebagai sumber pangan maupun sumber pakan. Industri rumah tangga produk olahan ubi kayu opak mentega, rengginang dan mie yeye merupakan suatu industri rumah tangga yang terdapat di Desa Sukasari Kecamatan Pegajahan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan pangan, yaitu olahan ubi kayu menjadi opak mentega, rengginang dan mie yeye. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Saluran pemasaran produk olahan ubi kayu di Desa Sukasari.2) Margin pemasaran produk olahan ubi kayu di Desa Sukasari 3) Efisiensi pemasaran produk olahan ubi kayu di Desa Sukasari. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan Juli 2022. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 sampel. Metode yang digunakan untuk mentukan sampel adalah untuk produsen dengan cara Purposive sampling dan untuk lembaga pemasaran dengan cara Snowball sampling. Analisis data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat 3 saluran pemasaran di Desa Sukasari 2)Terdapat margin pemasaran pada 2 saluran pemasaran di Desa Sukasari 3)ketiga saluran pemasaran efisien. Cassava is one of the agricultural commodities of tubers that are quite important in Indonesia both as a source of food and a source of feed. The household industry of processed cassava products opak mentega, rengginang and mie yeye is a household industry found in Sukasari Village, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, which is engaged in food processing, namely processed cassava into opak mentega, rengginang and mie yeye. This study aims to determine: 1) Marketing channels for processed cassava products in Sukasari Village.2) Marketing margins for processed cassava products in Sukasari Village 3) Marketing efficiency of processed cassava products in Sukasari Village. This research was conducted in July 2022. The number of samples was 15 samples. The method used to determine the sample is for manufacturers by purposive sampling and for marketing agencies by means of snowball sampling. Data analysis is analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that: 1) There are 3 marketing channels in Sukasari Village 2) There is a marketing margin on 2 marketing channels in Sukasari Village 3) the three marketing channels are efficient. | en_US |
