dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan iklim sekolah dan dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Medan tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Prestasi belajar siswa berkaitan dengan bagaimana siswa mendapatkan mutu atau efektivitas tingkat pencapaian belajar terdiri dari tujuan, bahan pelajaran, strategi, alat belajar, siswa dan guru. Hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu ada hubungan positif antara iklim sekolah dan dukungan keluarga dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Teknik sampling dengan menggunakan random sampling, sampel berjumlah 108 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala iklim sekolah dan skala dukungan keluarga. Metode analisis data adalah regresi berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil penelitian : 1) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim sekolah dan dukungan keluarga dengan prestasi belajar siswa (determinan (Rxy) = 0,531 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050); 2) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim sekolah dengan prestasi belajar siswa (determinan (Rxy) = 0,527 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050); dan 3) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan prestasi belajar siswa (determinan (Rxy) = 0,370 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050). This study aims to determine the correlation between school climate and family support with the quality of student learning at SMA Negeri 2 Medan in the academic year 2021/2022. Student achievement is related to how students get the quality or effectiveness of the level of learning achievement consisting of objectives, lesson materials, strategies, learning tools, students and teachers. The hypothesis is that there is a positive correlation between school climate and family support with student achievement. Sampling technique using random sampling, a sample of 108 students. This study uses the school climate scale and family support scale. The method of data analysis is multiple regression. Based on the data analysis conducted, the research results obtained: 1) There is a significant correlation between school climate and family support with student achievement (determinant (Rxy) = 0.531 with p = 0.000 < 0.050); 2) There is a significant correlation between school climate and student achievement (determinant (Rxy) = 0.527 with p = 0.000 < 0.050); and 3) There is a significant correlation between family support and student achievement (determinant (Rxy) = 0.370 with p = 0.000 < 0.050). | en_US |
