dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelatihan distance learning terhadap efikasi diri dan resiliensi akademik pada Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS). Resiliensi akademik adalah ketangguhan dan kekuatan peserta pelatihan Dasar CPNS dalam menghadapi situasi dan hambatan aktivitas pembelajaran. Efikasi diri adalah keyakinan seorang peserta pelatihan Dasar CPNS mengenai kemampuan kognitif untuk mencapai kinerja akademik yang diinginkan dirinya dalam melakukan. Hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu 1) Ada pengaruh yang siginifikan kualitas pelatihan terhadap resiliensi akademik; 2) Ada pengaruh yang siginifikan efikasi diri terhadap resiliensi akademik; 3) Ada pengaruh yang siginifikan kualitas pelatihan terhadap efikasi diri. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan sampel berjumlah 500 orang CPNS. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala pelatihan distance learning, skala efikasi diri dan skala resiliensi akademik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis Structure Equation Modelling (SEM). Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil : 1) Koefisien pengaruh langsung Kualitas Pelatihan (KP) terhadap Resiliensi Akademik (RA) 31 sebesar 0,340 sedangkan nilai error (sepk) sebesar 0,040. Jika nilai 31 = dibagi dengan sepk diperoleh nilai t sebesar 8,5. Karena nilai t > 1,96 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa koefisien pengaruh langsung Kualitas Pelatihan (KP) terhadap Resiliensi Akademik (RA) signifikan, dengan error variances sebesar 0,48 dan koefisien R2 sebesar 0,52; 2) Koefisien pengaruh langsung Efikasi Diri (ED) terhadap Resiliensi Akademik (RA), 21 0,68 sedangkan nilai error (sepk) sebesar 0,068. Jika nilai 21 = dibagi dengan sepk diperoleh nilai t sebesar 10. Karena nilai t > 1,96 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa koefisien pengaruh langsung Efikasi Diri (ED) terhadap Resiliensi Akademik (RA) signifikan, dengan error variances sebesar 0,48 dan koefisien R2 sebesar 0,52; 3) Koefisien pengaruh langsung Kualitas Pelatihan (KP) terhadap Efikasi Diri (ED), 32 0,62 sedangkan nilai error (sepk) sebesar 0,050. Jika nilai 32 = dibagi dengan sepk diperoleh nilai t sebesar 12,4. Karena nilai t > 1,96 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa koefisien pengaruh langsung Kualitas Pelatihan (KP) terhadap Efikasi Diri (ED) signifikan, dengan error variances sebesar 0,45 dan koefisien R2 sebesar 0,48. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of distance learning training on self-efficacy and academic resilience in Candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS). Academic resilience is the toughness and strength of CPNS Basic training participants in dealing with situations and obstacles to learning activities. Self- efficacy is the belief of a CPNS Basic training participant regarding cognitive abilities to achieve the academic performance he wants to do. The hypotheses proposed are 1) There is a significant effect of training quality on academic resilience; 2) There is a significant effect of self-efficacy on academic resilience; 3) There is a significant effect of training quality on self-efficacy. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with a sample of 500 CPNS. This research uses distance learning training scale, self-efficacy scale and academic resilience scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique. Based on the data analysis carried out, the results are obtained: 1) The coefficient of direct effect of Training Quality (KP) on Academic Resilience (RA) 31 is 0.340 while the error value (sepk) is 0.040. If the value of 31 = divided by sepk, a t value of 8.5 is obtained. Because the t value > 1.96, it can be concluded that the coefficient of direct influence of Training Quality (KP) on Academic Resilience (RA) is significant, with an error variance of 0.48 and an R2 coefficient of 0.52; 2) The coefficient of direct effect of Self-Efficacy (ED) on Academic Resilience (RA), 21 is 0.68 while the error value (sepk) is 0.068. If the value 21 = divided by sepk, a t value of 10 is obtained. Because the t value > 1.96, it can be concluded that the coefficient of direct effect of Self-Efficacy (ED) on Academic Resilience (RA) is significant, with an error variance of 0.48 and a coefficient R2 of 0.52; 3) The coefficient of direct influence of Training Quality (KP) on Self-Efficacy (ED), 32 is 0.62 while the error value (sepk) is 0.050. If the value of 32 = divided by sepk, the t value is 12.4. Because the t value > 1.96, it can be concluded that the coefficient of direct influence of Training Quality (KP) on Self-Efficacy (ED) is significant, with an error variance of 0.45 and an R2 coefficient of 0.48.en_US
