Abstract: Secara empirik, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) pada Personel Bidang Profesi dan Pengamanan Kepolisian Daerah Sumatera Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 165 personel dan yang menjadi sampel sebanyak 165 personel juga dimana pengambilan sampelnya dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner dan dokumentasi, analisis data dilakukan dengan uji t, uji F, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) yang dilihat dari nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 dan thitung > ttabel dengan nilai 7.794 > 1.975. Nilai pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) adalah sebesar 58,1%. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) yang dilihat dari nilai signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05 dan thitung > ttabel dengan nilai 6.932 > 1.975. Nilai pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) adalah sebesar 41,9%. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) yang dilihat dari nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 dan Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 28.348 > 3.051. Kontribusi kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi dilihat dari nilai koefisisen determinasi (R2) = 0,659 atau sebesar 65,9%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) pada personel Bidang Profesi dan Pengamanan Kepolisian Daerah Sumatera Utara Empirically, this research aimed to see the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the professional and security personnel of the North Sumatra Regional Police. The population in this study were 165 personnel and 165 personnel as the sample where the sample was taken using total sampling technique. Data collection techniques, namely questionnaires and documentation, data analysis was carried out by t-test, F test, multiple linear regression test and determination test. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as seen from a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and ttest > ttable namely 7.794 > 1.975. The effect value of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is 58.1%. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as seen from a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05 and ttest > ttable namely 6.932 > 1.975. The effect value of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is 41.9%. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as seen from a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and Ftest > Ftable namely 28.348 > 3.051. The contribution of job satisfaction and organizational commitment can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.659 or 65.9%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in personnel in the field of profession and security for the Regional Police of North Sumatera.
