dc.description.abstract | Kesimpulan 1. Semangat dan kegairahan kerja karyawan belum semaksimal mungkin diterapkan, sehingga aktivitas dan kegiatan kerja karyawan menurun. 2. Semangat dan kegairahan kerja karyawan pada perusahaan m1 menurun yang diakibatkan oleh minimnya pendapatan yang diperolah ( diterima ) oleh karyawan. 3. Semangat dan kegairahan kerja karyawan pada perusahaan ini menurun karna kepemimpinan yang dipakai perusahaan ini di dalam menjalankan tugasnya masih ditemukan bersifat otokratis dimana pemimpin perusahaan mempunyai wewenang yang sesuka hatinya dimana ia dapat mengambil keputusan untuk mengangkat dan memberhentikan karyawan yang ada diperusahaan yang dipimpinnya. 4. Dalam pemberian penghargaan sebagai upaya peningkatan motivasi belum diterapkan dengan baik dimana tidak dilakukan secara kontinu. 5. Dalam meningkatkan semangat dan kegairahan kerja karyawan menggunakan 2 (dua) cara, yaitu : menggunakan metode motivasi positif, dan metode motivasi negatif. Penerapan metode motivasi positif antara lain dengan pemberian: - Penghargaan terhadap pekerjaan - Lnformasi - Pemberian perhatian ang tulus terhadap karyawan sebagai seorang individu. Conclusion 1. The enthusiasm and enthusiasm for work of employees have not been maximally implemented, so that the activity and work activities of employees decreased. 2. The morale and enthusiasm of employees at company m1 has decreased caused by the lack of income earned (received) by employees. 3. The enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees at this company has decreased because leadership used by this company in carrying out its duties found to be autocratic where the company leader has authority as he pleases where he can make the decision to raise and lay off employees in the company he leads. 4. In giving awards as an effort to increase motivation yet implemented properly where it is not carried out continuously. 5. In increasing the morale and enthusiasm of employees using 2 (two) ways, namely: using positive motivational methods, and motivational methods negative. The application of positive motivation methods includes giving: - Appreciation of work - Information - Providing genuine concern for the employee as an individual. | en_US |
