dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi atas dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi karyawan TVRI Sumut. Kemajuan teknologi mengharuskan perusahaan beradaptasi dengan keadaan yang serba barn dengan begitu dibutuhkan karyawan yang tetap komitmen dalam kondisi seperti itu di dalam organisasinya. This study aims to determine the relationship between upper perceptions organizational support with the organizational commitment of North Sumatra TVRI employees. Advances in technology require companies to adapt to changing circumstances all new with so required employees who remain committed in such conditions within the organization.en_US
