Perbedaan Konformitas Ditinjau dari Locus of Control pada Remaja Siswa-siswi Kelas Unggulan SMA Dwi Wama Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan konformitas ditinjau dari Locus Of Control pada remaja siswa siswi kelas unggulan SMA Dwi Wama Medan. Adapun yang perlu diteliti disini adalah tinggi dan rendahnya Locus Of Control terhadap Konformitas pada siswa sekolah tersebut. Sehingga penelitian ini akan memperjelas hubungan yang terjadi diantara dua variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Untuk mendapatkan data mengenai konformitas, peneliti menggunakan penelitian ilmiah . dengan beberapa subjek penelitian, berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan yang diketahui mempunyai konformitas di sekolah tersebut, dimana sebelumnya data-data telah dikonformasikan peneliti ke pihak sekolah. Tehnik pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan skala Locus Of Control dan konformitas. Dengan menggunakan skala kedua variabel, maka peneliti menggunakan skala Likert dan skala Dikotomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan antara Locus Of Control terhadap konformitas. Sehingga kesimpulan yang dilihat dari penelitian ini, bahwa bila Locus Of Control sedang maka konformitas rendah, maka Locus Of Control Internal. Konformitas tinggi, maka Locus Of Control Ekstemal di SMA unggulan Dwi Warna Medan. This study aims to determine the differences in conformity reviewed from Locus Of Control to young female students in the superior class of SMA Dwi Wama Medan. As for what needs to be examined here is the high and low Locus Of Control of Conformity in the school's students. So research This will clarify the relationship that occurs between the two variables. This research uses quantitative research methods. For To get data regarding conformity, researchers use scientific research . with several research subjects, male and female known to have conformity at the school, where previously the data has been confirmed by the researcher to the school. Retrieval technique the data used in this study, using the Locus Of Control scale and conformity. By using the scale of the two variables, the researcher using a Likert scale and a Dichotomy scale. The results showed that there is a difference between Locus Of Control over conformity. So that the conclusions seen from the research this, that if the Locus Of Control is medium then the conformity is low, then it is Locus Of Control Internals. High conformity, then the External Locus Of Control is at Dwi Warna Medan's flagship high school.
