Abstract: | Pada dasarilya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan motivasi keija, dimana yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian adalah para karyawan asisten tanaman yang berjumalh 42 orang. Berdasarkan penjabaran yang ada dalam bah landasan teori, maka diajukan hipotesis penelitian yang berbunyi: Ada hubungan yang positif antara kecerdasan emosional dengan motivasi keija. Artinya bahwa semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional yang dimiliki, maka semakin tinggi motivasi keija. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah kecerdasan emosional yang dimiliki, maka semakin rendah pula motivasi keija. Dalam upaya untuk membuktik:an hipotesis di atas, maka digunakan Metode analisis data yakni Product Moment dari Karl Pearson. Alasan digunakannya teknik korelasi ini karena pada penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara satu variable bebas (kecerdasan emosional) dengan satu variabel terikat (motivasi kerja). Basically this research aims to see the relationship of intelligence emotional with work motivation, which is the subject of research are 42 plant assistant employees. Based on the description contained in the theoretical basis, it is proposed research hypothesis which reads: There is a positive relationship between intelligence emotional with work motivation. This means that the higher the intelligence emotional possession, the higher the work motivation. On the contrary, the lower the emotional intelligence possessed, the lower it is work motivation. In an effort to prove the above hypothesis, it is used The data analysis method is Product Moment from Karl Pearson. Reason the use of this correlation technique because in this study has the aim to see the relationship between one independent variable (emotional intelligence) with one dependent variable (work motivation). |
