dc.description.abstractBerdasarkan hasil-hasil yang telah diperoJeh dalam penelitian ini, maka dapat disimpulkan hal-hal schagai berikut : 1. Tcrdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antt=:ra motivasi intrinsik dengan kreatifitas pada siswa SMA Dharmawangsa Niedan (rxy = 0,785 ; p < 0,0 J 0). Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi intrinsik maka kemakin tinggi pula kreatifitas. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah motivasi intrinsik, mak~1 se nrnkin rendah pula kreatifitas. Dari basil ini maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. 2. Has il penelitian ini menggambarkan kreatifitas dibentuk oleh motivasi intrim:ik sebsar 61 ,6% Ini membuktikan bahwa masih terdapat 38-,4-% faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kreatifitas dan dalam penelitian ini faktor lain tersebut tidak ditl~ liti. Faktor lain tersebut antara lain adalah kemampuan kogni tif, pcndidikan formal dan informal ; karakteristik kepribadian yang berhubungan dengan disiplin diri, kctangguhan dalam menghadapi frustasi dan kemandinan ; dan lingkungan sosial. 3. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa bahwa subjek penelitian ini, yakni siswa SMA Dharmawangsa Medan dinyatakan memiliki motivasi intrinsik ya ng tergolong sedang, sebab nilai rata-rata (mean) empirik 226,327 hampir sama besarnya dengan nilai rata-rata (mean) hipotetik 225. Based on the results that have been obtained in this study, it can be concluded the following schagai: 1. There is a very significant positive relationship between intrinsic motivation with creativity in Dharmawangsa Niedan High School students (rxy = 0.785 ; p < 0.0 J 0). This means that the higher the intrinsic motivation, the more high creativity. Conversely, the lower the intrinsic motivation, mak~1 the lower the creativity. From these results, the hypothesis is proposed declared accepted. 2. The results of this study illustrate that creativity is shaped by motivation intrinsic factor of 61.6% This proves that there are still 38-.4-% factors other factors that influence creativity and in this study other factors this was not researched. These other factors include ability cognitive, formal and informal education; personality characteristics that related to self-discipline, toughness in the face of frustration and independence; and social environment. 3. The results of this study concluded that the subjects of this study, namely Dharmawangsa Medan High School students, were declared to have intrinsic motivation which is classified as medium, because the average (mean) empirical value is almost 226.327 equal to the value of the average (mean) mortgage 225.en_US
