Abstract: Peneliti:an ini 'bertuj-uan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan sikap teihadap kerja. Lokasi penelitian PT. Harian W aspada. Populasi penelitian 1ni -adalah seturuh 'karyawan sebanyak 140 orang, sampel yang diambi'l 80 orang rnelalui teknik Purposslve Sampting. Data dikurnpulkan dengan menggunakan ska:la motivasi kerja dan skala sixap terhadap kerja. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik korelasi r Product Momen dari Pearson Berdasarkan •hasi1 -analisis data dipero-Ieh 'hast! bahwa terdapat 'hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan sikap teihadap kerja pada karyawan P'f. Harian Waspada •Medan, dimana koefisien korelasi sebesar rxy = 0 491 ; p < 0,010. Artinya semakin tinggi motivasi kerja maka semakin positif sik:ap terhadap kerja karyawan dan sebaHknya semakin rendah motivasi kerja maka semakin negatif pula sfkap teihadap kerja karyawan. Selanjutnya sikap terhadap kerja karyawan P'f. Harian -waspada dipengaru:hi o1eh motivasi kerja ebesar 24,-1% dan selebihnya (/5,~f%) ditentukan oleh faktor lain. Disarankan pihak perusahaan untuk tetap dapat mempertahankan dan memperhatikan faktorfuktor apa saja yang dapat meningk.atkan motivasi kerja seorang karyawan. Demikian juga karyawan disarankan untuk terus meningkatkan motivasi kerjanya engan begitu diharapkan motivasi kerja tersebut dapat lebih mempengaruhi sikap karyawan terhadap pekerjaannya, sehingga tujuan perusahaan maupun tujuan karyawan dapat sama-sama terwujud. This research' aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and attitude towards work. The research location of PT. Daily Alert. Research population 1 This is the total number of employees of 140 people, the sample taken is 80 people through purposive sampling technique. Data is collected using the scale of work motivation and the sixap scale of work. Data analysis used in this study using the r Product Moment correlation technique from Pearson Based on •results1 of data analysis obtained 'hast! that there is a 'relationship that very significant relationship between work motivation and attitude toward work P'f employee. Alert Daily •Medan, where the correlation coefficient is rxy = 0 491 ; p < 0.010. This means that the higher the motivation to work, the more positive attitude towards the work of employees and the lower the motivation to work the more negative the attitude towards the work of employees. Next attitude on the work of P'f employees. Daily - be aware of being influenced: hi by work motivation 24.-1% and the rest (/5.~f%) is determined by other factors. Recommended the company to continue to be able to maintain and pay attention to factors anything that can increase the work motivation of an employee. Likewise, employees are advised to continue to increase their work motivation Thus, it is hoped that work motivation can further influence attitudes employees towards their work, so that the company's goals and objectives employees can be equally realized.
