This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between self efficqpy with anxiety in the process of thesis guidance on students Faculty of Psychology UMA. The hypothesis proposed in this study is negative relationship between self-efficacy and anxiety in the guidance process thesis on students of the Faculty of Psychology UMA. The higher the self-efficacy in students, the lower the anxiety in the guidance process thesis. Conversely, the lower the self-efficacy, the higher the anxiety in the thesis guidance process. / This research involved 60 students at the UMA Faculty of Psychology. The sampling technique used in this research is method purposive sampling. Collecting data in this study using the method a scale consisting of 2 scales, namely the self-efficacy scale which refers to aspects proposed by Bandura (1997) and the anxiety scale in the process thesis guidance which is arranged based on the characteristics stated by Nevid, et al (2003). The data analysis method used in this study using the SPSS program facility with the product moment correlation technique from pearson. The results of this study show the correlation rxy = (), 267; p = 0.021 <0.05. There is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and internal anxiety process of thesis guidance. This means that the higher the self-efficacy, the more the higher the anxiety, conversely the lower the self-efficacy, the lower it is anxiety, then the hypothesis put forward in this study was rejected.en_US
