Abstract: Berdasarkan basil analisis dari pembahasan maka hal-hal yang dapat peneliti simpulkan sebagai berikut : 1. Berdasarkan basil analisis dengan Metode Analisis Korelasi Product Moment, diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Interaksi Sosial dengan Motivasi Kerja, dimana rxy = 0,397 ; p= 0.000 < 0,010. Artinya semakin Baik Interaksi Sosial, maka semakin tinggi Motivasi Kerja. 2. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y adalah sebesar r2 = 0,158. Ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja dibentuk oleh Interaksi Sosial sebesar 15,8%. Dimana perhitungan mean hipotetik dan mean empirik yang menunjukan interaksi sosial yang diperoleh oleb para karyawan di PT Perkebunan Nusantara II pada kategori baik dengan skor mean hipotetik 100 dan mean ernpirik 119.135 serta standar deviasi nya 14.359. Sedangkan motivasi karyawan karyawan di PT Perkebunan Nusantara II pada kategori tinggi dengan skor mean hipotetik 95.00 dan mean empirik 116.648 serta standar deviasi nya 12.444. Based on the results of the analysis of the discussion, the things that can be researchers conclude as follows: 1. Based on the results of the analysis with the Product Correlation Analysis Method Moment, it is known that there is a significant positive relationship between Social Interaction with Work Motivation, where rxy = 0.397 ; p = 0.000 < 0.010. This means that the better the social interaction, the higher the motivation Work. 2. The coefficient of determination (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is equal to r2 = 0.158. It shows that Work Motivation is formed by Social Interaction of 15.8%. Where calculation of the hypothetical mean and the empirical mean showing the interaction social benefits obtained by employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara II in the good category with a hypothetical mean score of 100 and an empirical mean 119,135 and the standard deviation is 14,359. While employee motivation employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara II in the high category with a mean hypothetical score of 95.00 and an empirical mean of 116,648 and a standard deviation of 12,444.
