Perbedaan Motivasi Belajar Ditinjau Dari Locus Of Control Pada Siswa SMK Farmasi Yayasan Pendidikan Farmasi Sumatera Utara ( YPFSU ) Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan motivasi belajar ditinjau dari locus of control pada siswa. Hipotesis yang diajukan : ada perbedaan motivasi belajar pada siswa yang memiliki locus of control internal dan yang memiliki locus of control eksternal. Dalam hal ini siswa dengan locus of control internal akan lebih tinggi motivasi belajamya, sebaliknya siswa dengan locus of control eksternal akan lebih rendah motivasi belajamya. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa-siswi SMK Farmasi YPFSU Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Iikert yaitu skala Motivasi Bela jar dan Skala Locus of Control. This study aims to determine differences in learning motivation in terms of locus of control in students. The hypothesis put forward: there are differences in motivation to learn students who have internal locus of control and who have locus of control external. In this case students with internal locus of control will be higher learning motivation, on the contrary students with external locus of control will be more low learning motivation. The research subjects were YPFSU Pharmacy Vocational High School students Medan. Sampling technique by Random Sampling. Collection method the data uses a Likert scale, namely the Learning Motivation scale and the Locus of Control Scale.
