Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan kelompok teknik modeling dan homeroom terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka. Mengetahui pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka. Mengetahui interaksi antara bimbingan kelompok teknik modeling dan homeroom dengan self-efficacy terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka sebanyak 50 orang yang terdiri dari dua kelompok kelas, dimana kelas pertama XEK2 sebagai kelas eksperimen diterapkan BKP Modeling dan kelas kedua XEK1 sebagai kelas kontrol diterapkan BKP Homeroom. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner yang dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ANAVA dua jalur. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Ada pengaruh bimbingan kelompok (BKP) terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka dengan nilai signifikan BKP 0,014 lebih kecil dari pada nilai  = 0,05. Ada pengaruh self-eficacy terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka diperoleh nilai signifikan SE 0,021 lebih kecil dari pada nilai  = 0,05. Ada interaksi antara Bimbingan kelompok ( BKP) dan Self Efficacy terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka dengan nilai signifikan SE * BKP 0,017 lebih kecil dari pada nilai  = 0,05 This research aims to: Know the influence of modeling and homeroom engineering group guidance on the social skills of students of SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka. Knowing the influence of self-efficacy on the social skills of students of SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka. Knowing the interaction between the guidance of modeling and homeroom engineering groups with self-efficacy to the social skills of students of SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka. This research is a quasi research experiment. The subject of this study was grade X students of SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka as many as 50 people consisting of two class groups, where the first class of XEK2 as an experimental class was applied BKP Modeling and the second class XEK1 as a control class applied BKP Homeroom. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires that were declared valid and reliabel. The data were analyzed using a two-track ANAVA analysis. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that: There is an influence of group guidance (BKP) on the social skills of students of SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka with a significant value of BKP 0.014 less than the value = 0.05. There is an influence of self-eficacy on the social skills of students of SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka obtained a significant value of SE 0.021 less than the value = 0.05. There is an interaction between group guidance ( BKP) and Self Efficacy to the social skills of students of SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka with significant value SE * BKP 0.017 smaller than the value = 0.05
