Pupuk Organik Cair limbah batang pisang terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan, yaitu P0 : Tanpa Pemberian POC limbah batang pisang (kontrol), P1 : konsentrasi 10%, P2 : konsentrasi 20% P3 : konsentrasi 30%. Shallots are included in the irreplaceable spice group which functions as a cooking spice and traditional medicinal ingredient. This study aims to determine the effect of goat manure and banana waste POC on the growth and production of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.). This research method used a factorial randomized block design (RBD), namely the treatment of giving goat manure and the treatment of giving liquid organic fertilizer to banana waste. Goat manure consisted of 5 treatment levels, namely: B0: without goat manure (control) B1: giving Goat manure 5 tons/ha-1, B2: goat manure 10 tons/ha-1, B3: goat manure 15 tons/ha-1, B4: goat manure 20 tons/ha-1. Banana stem waste Liquid Organic Fertilizer consists of 4 treatment levels, namely P0: Without POC administration of banana stem waste (control), P1: 10% concentration, P2: 20% concentration, P3: 30% concentration. The results showed that the POC treatment of banana waste had a significant effect on plant height. Meanwhile, goat manure had no significant effect on all observations. Treatment of goat manure with a dose of 15 tons/ha and POC with a concentration of 30% had the highest average value for all parameters observeden_US
